We've got some rather exciting news. Our Fairways shop is officially reopening at 8am on Tuesday 27 October!
And yes, there will be free cake. More on that shortly.
It's been quite the journey since the fire at Fairways Business Park in March 2025, which destroyed our shop.
But we weren't going to let that stop us from keeping Inverness supplied with Dream Rings, pies, rolls and all the other important things in life.
So, in came the portacabin.
And what started as a temporary home became a pretty important part of our Fairways story.
A fond farewell to the portacabin
We never thought we'd get quite so attached to a portacabin, but here we are.
It's kept us going while the building was being rebuilt, and our brilliant Fairways team has continued welcoming customers throughout.
Mo and the team have made the most of their temporary home, and our regular customers have been absolutely fantastic throughout it all.
While we'll miss our trusty wee portacabin, we're more than ready to get settled into the new shop.
And while we've taken the whole 'from scratch' thing a bit far this time, we're delighted to see Fairways ready for its next chapter.

To celebrate the reopening, the first 100 customers through the doors on Tuesday 27 October will each receive a free bit of cake!
Our way of saying a big thank you to everyone who has continued supporting us, popping into the portacabin and keeping Mo and the team busy.
We should also mention that Fairways will be CLOSED on Monday 26 October while we get everything ready for the move.
