With our freshly baked ASDA Elgin store soon to be up and running, we knead the perfect team to help us make the Harry Gow experience one our customers won’t forget.

Our Harry Gow cham-pie-ons will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a management or operations role
  • The ability to adhere to all standards of hygiene, health & safety and company practices
  • Excellent leadership and organisation skills
  • Experience of providing training and development strategies to team members.

Our assistant managers will:

  • Be responsible for assisting the manager in co-ordinating & controlling the shop to ensure a high standard of operation and taking full responsibility in shop manager’s absence
  • Be able to demonstrate high standards of conduct & leadership at all times, monitoring & motivating your team to provide efficient service & top quality customer care
  • Carry out administrative duties as required
  • Be responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene,  adhering to health & safety/company practices
  • Be required to assist in the training  & development of the team.

All applicants must be fully flexible to work between the hours shown below:
Monday to Saturday 6:30am - 4:30pm

Minimum contract of 35 hours per week for full time supervisor roles. This will be worked across five days out of six.
