Inverness Area Team - 30 Hours

30 HOUR MINIMUM POST 

5 days from 6 (Monday – Saturday), you must be flexible to work between the hours of

6.00am - 4.45pm MONDAY-SATURDAY

and be prepared to work up to full-time hours as & when required to cover business requirements, sickness & holiday cover.

This vacancy is to cover varied shifts within all of our Inverness shops. Use of own car is essential as occasional shifts will be required within our outlying shops (travel time & mileage will be paid for these shifts).

The selected applicants will be:

  • Responsible for assisting the Managementin co-ordinating & controlling the shop to ensure a high standard of operation and on occasion managing the shopswhen required
  • Able to demonstrate high standards of conduct & leadership at all times, monitoring & motivating your team to provide efficient service & topquality customer care
  • Carrying out administrative duties as required
  • Responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene,adhering to health & safety/company practices
  • Required to assist in the training & development of the team
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
