That’s why we’re proud to be a Real Living Wage employer. Every staff member aged 16 and over is paid at least £12.60 per hour (as of April 1, 2025) — well above the national minimum wage. It’s our way of ensuring a fair salary that truly reflects the cost of living, because happy bakers make the best bakes!
